HMP Swansea needed a new laundry equipment in several different areas, after receiving quotes from individual companies, HMP Swansea decided to give the contract to Gillman`s. The initial site survey and advice supplied for essential work needed before fitting was very precise and easily understoond. The Gillman`s engineers were very professional and precise and completed all installations to an exceptionally high standard. The quote, advise and experience of the Sales Manager was also of an exceptionally high standard, the machinery supplied, was as expected and described, of an exceptionally high standard. I originally approached Miele after taking advice from the HMP Cardiff Laundry Instructor regarding quality and reliability. I will definitely approach Gillman`s (Miele) on any future projects I am involved with and will also pass their details onto any other work colleagues interested in contacting a supplier of a high standard machinery and equipment.

The machines look fantastic and Louise especially loves that we can mop underneath them .. thank you so much for everything you and your team have done the removal-installation, rearranging dates, coming in to check everything is where it needs to be and the training. Really can not praise you enough. If we ever need work like that done again your team will be at the top of our list.
